Job Description
  • Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as required.
  • To analyse, design, and develop web application, and implementation. Enhanced the existing system for further improvement.
  • Research best practices and determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology

Job Description
  • Maintaining the unit trusts funds accounting matters including accounting entries, audit, tax, income distribution, and unit holders reporting ensuring completeness, accuracy, and conformity to statutory reporting requirements and timeline.
  • Prepare Unit Trust Funds monthly accounts & bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare Unit Trust Fund’s Quarterly, Semi-Annual & Annual Unitholders reports.
  • Input daily/monthly transactions in the MYOB system.
  • Liaises with external parties such as Auditors, and tax agents.
  • Monitor and prepare accrual of expenses for the Funds.
  • Prepare and monitor Fund’s Tax revision and Tax computation submission.
  • Other works/tasks assigned by the Head of Fund Accounting/Senior in charge.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Required Skill(s): Finance Software, MS Office.

Job Description
  • Responsible for supporting the Sales team by providing unbiased specialised expertise/views required in managing wealth-related investment products e.g.: reviewing the clients’ portfolio, fund/house strategy updates and other technical questions.
  • Work closely with the investment/product development team on investment-related matters such as market and fund updates, outlook, and strategy.
  • Manage and participate to promote investment products by assisting with client events, tea talks, joint sales calls, and giving unbiased product briefings to the sales team/customers as and when required.
  • Coaching Sales Representatives on key features in investment products.
  • Responsible for producing investment materials in support of Sales & Marketing channels – e.g., market outlook slides, client proposals, updates relating to fund-specifics, and client portfolio reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance/Economics/Business.
  • 3-4 years of working experience in Financial Market or Asset Management Companies.
  • Professional certifications and knowledge of Lipper/Bloomberg will be advantageous.
  • Possess strong knowledge of investment, markets and research.
  • Independent, self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS PowerPoint for slides presentation.
Job Description
  • Identify opportunities, develop relationships with Institutional investors in institutional market channels, and explore other potential markets and institutions.
  • Secure appointments, prepare proposals, and respond to RFI/Due Diligence documents for prospective clients.
  • Present proposals to potential investors, during conferences or any other business opportunities, where applicable.
  • Follow up on prospective clients / Proposals made.
  • Maintain regular contact with Institutional clients to foster a closer relationship for potential referrals, upsell, and cross-sell of products.
  • Servicing and relationship manager for institutional clients.
  • To plan and develop the assigned marketing channel for the distribution of products.
  • Actively participate and collaborate with all involved departments for company events on customer acquisition and/or retention as well as provide ideas and feedback on products and marketing plans.
  • To work closely with the Head of Sales, Operations, and Compliance departments.
  • Maintain high credibility and competency level.
  • Fully comply with rules and regulations issued by the SC, FiMM, FPAM, and other relevant regulators.
  • Prepare, monitor, and submit periodic performance reports to the CEO / Head of Sales / Superior.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Finance/Accounts or any other relevant qualification.
  • 5 years of experience managing Corporates/GLCs clients (dealing experiences with c-suite executives will be an added advantage).
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles with proven track record on growing and maintaining relationships through value added service and commercial skills.
  • An entrepreneurial approach for business origination and developing new relationships.
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills.

Job Description

  • Able to handle part/full stream of operations such as assisting in preparing and updating the funds’ cash flow, registration of the funds’ assets such as money market, bond, and securities for fund valuation.
  • Responsible for recording transactions related to client portfolios, checking accuracy and resolving problems involving portfolios.
  • Responsible for cash placements and trade settlements for clients’ portfolios.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly portfolio reporting for fund managers & clients.
  • Handling operational matters of Clients’ investment portfolios/funds & providing back-office support to fund managers and Compliance Officer.
  • Other administrative duties assigned by the manager.
